    If for any reason, our clients are not satisfied with the performance of one of our employees, they must notify our office within the first eight hours of his/her job assignment. We will then replace that individual and will not invoice our client for the employee who was not to their expectations.



    Most clients prefer to "try out" an employee before paying a placement fee. An hourly fee is billed to the client for every hour the employee works. After the employee has worked their contracted hours they can then be transferred to the client's payroll.
